Emergency Regulations for Recreational and Medical Sales

Due to emergency regulations put into place by Governor Jared Polis in response to Covid-19, recreational marijuana sales are limited to “curbside service” until further notice. Recreational customers will need to order at the curbside with a budtender, by phone, or by email.

Medical patients can continue to shop normally.

An outline of the rules for “Curbside Service” is as follows:

  • Recreational customers can place their order over their phone, by email, or with a budtender at the curbside.
  • Medical patients can shop normally in the store, by email, or over the phone
  • When ordering by phone or email, in addition to their order, customers will need to provide:
    • Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Make and Model of Car
    • Approximate Pickup Time
    • MMR Number (Medical patients only)
    • MMR Expiration Date (Medical patients only)
    • Valid ID must be produced at the time of sale
  • Check in with a badged employee outside the lobby door while remaining at least 6 feet away from employees and other customers. Markings will be placed on the ground for easy reference. An employee will collect your ID, your order (if not already placed), and money for the transaction.
  • Store employees will fill your order in a timely manner and will notify you when ready. You can wait in your vehicle or outside the lobby door while remaining at least 6 feet away from other customers and employees
  • An ATM is available for use but is limited to one (1) ATM user in the lobby at a time
  • By order of the Department of Revenue, customers are not to block streets or disrupt traffic in any way

Thank you for your time and patience while we work through these difficult circumstances together.
